Facility Condition Assessment
We check all components of the elevator, as well as the building systems associated with its operation. Our experts work with facility staff to understand the budget, schedule, and staffing constraints that can affect the construction process and business operations. As soon as the condition and the project parameters have been worked out, a modernization plan is drawn up, with which the objectives of the plant for successful operation can be achieved.
Solution Draft
Taking into account the priorities of the owner, a detailed modernization plan will be developed to minimize unexpected costs and the risk of delays. A common cause of frustration is the challenges that can arise throughout the life of the elevator. Many proprietary systems require special service contracts and are difficult to integrate with other manufacturers. By consulting with trusted and approved elevator providers and contractors, we minimize these concerns in the procurement process. We then work with the owner to help them choose the best contractor - we take care of the formalities!
Termination of Work
Throughout the process we work with the contractor to ensure that the project objectives are met and that all expectations are met. At the end of construction, we will evaluate the elevator and provide as-built documentation so that the facility owner and staff are fully informed about the project and its equipment.
Ongoing Expertise & Maintenance
At project closeout, we give our clients a checklist, so they can complete regular maintenance with confidence. However, some of our clients prefer to have us oversee their regular service. In that case, our elevator specialists will come to the site and perform a maintenance verification following scheduled maintenance.
